Shipping and returns


Europe, US & Canada: 1-3 working days
Rest of the World: 2-4 working days

We will ship your order with DHL Express Delivery.

Order before 11.30am and your order will be dispatched on the same working day (Mon-Fri excluding Italian public holidays).

Returns Policy orders can be returned for any reason within 15 days from the delivery date by contacting us using our form here, specifying order's number in the e-mail subject. Some restrictions apply:
- Brooks England Gift Cards;
- Brooks England Customized Products on Consumer’s explicit request at the time the order was entered (except for manufacturing defects, according to clause 9 below);
- Brooks England Limited Edition products (except for manufacturing defects)
- Brooks England bundle deals (e.g. "Buy a saddle, get a saddle bag for free")

Fundamental condition for exercising the right to return is that the returned products must be in their original condition, complete with their packaging, labels, manuals and everything else was included in the package.
Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
Returns must be previously authorized.
If the returns falls outside of the 15 days period or the items are affected by anyone of the previous defects or they are not in their complete and original packaging, Brooks England cannot accept the returned products and cannot give a refund.

Returns and Exchanges orders can be exchanged or, if you are not satisfied, totally refunded. As long as the products are still in their original condition and packaging, we’ll refund their purchase price in full within 30 working days after we receive your package. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase.
If you ordered a wrong size or color you can arrange your Exchange by filling out the quality control form here, specifying the reasons for returning your item. Needless to say, the products you send us back must be in their original condition, complete with their packaging, according to the above-mentioned Returns Policy.

Damaged or defective products

Please return any item purchased from that arrives to you damaged or defective, or isn’t what you ordered.
