Guidelines
  • To apply, you must provide a professional/company email address and a valid professional ID, license, or membership card for verification purposes.

  • Your Brooks England Pro Program account is intended for personal use only; family and friends are not eligible.

  • The Pro Program discount is applied to the original retail price and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

  • Brooks England reserves the right to accept or deny new membership applications and/or renewals at its sole discretion.

  • Pro Program pricing is confidential and must not be disclosed to anyone who is not a participant.

  • After submission, the Brooks England team will review your application and notify you of the decision by email as soon as possible.

  • Once approved, simply log into your Brooks England account — your discount will be applied automatically at checkout when eligible products are added to your cart.

  • Products purchased through your Pro Program account are covered by our standard warranty, return, and shipping policies; see our Shipping & Returns page for details.

  • The Pro Program is available to qualified applicants only and membership may be revoked at any time.

  • Your Pro Account is valid for one year from approval.

  • Your Pro Account has an annual purchase cap of $1,000 / £1,000 / €1,000.

Once approved, simply log into your Brooks England account. Your discount will be applied automatically when the products are added to your cart.
