Saddles, Bags, Etc.We are selling classical Dutch, Swedish and English Bikes from Gazelle, Pashley and Velorbis. For us a good urban bike should come with a saddle from Brooks. Our Favorite is the B66, followed by the B67 and some special models like the B135. We sell also sell aged B67 saddles. Our aim is, to offer most of the customers an upgrade with an perfect Brooks saddle, for this reason we offer special exchange rates, when people buy there new bike. By the way we offer a small lock to protect the saddle, here we would be glad about a orginal Brooks solution like covers etc. All in all we are able to sell about 350 saddles a year. Bags are not so popular in a big city like berlin, but the challenge is an opion, and we are fans of the barbican messenger bag, even if we have only sold 2 till now. But the owner of zweitrad takes his barbican every day to work and so this is an inspiration and marketing tool as well. We also stock Trouser Straps and Grips. So we can offer the whole urban world of Brooks and everything more, if there is a specail request.

Why Brooks?One friend of us is Edward B. Gordon a painter, who get quiet well known in Berlin Mitte as the daily blog painter. His mayor theme is Berlin and its people. Sometimes he takes his Pashley Guv'nor to make a ride. But we have build together with him a mobile painters bike, of course some Brooks accessories. Pashley and Velorbis have already the full equipment, while we try to sell most of the Gazelle bikes, that costs more than 600 EUR to upgrade with an Brooks Saddle and bikes from 750 EUR on as well with grips etc.

Atmosphere, Location and PersonalityWe are in the center of Berlin, in an area that is permanently chancing, but bewares its old structure of buildings from the 19 th Century. Today you can feel here the New Berlin, becoming more and more an European city with attracts a lot of interesting people from all over the world to come for a weekend trip, to stay a month or a couple of years. Also the fashion industry is back in Berlin and a lot of small starters and designers in our neighborhood. With them a mayor trend is to use a classical bike to cycle to work, to go shopping or have a ride. We are a team of 6 people who live here and have all an different background. Some from us come from the former western and eastern part, working together now to make the urban bike life better.
