Two weeks ago, I got in touch with Customer Service because of a problem with my Swallow Ltd Edition which I had to re-tension quite often, and I was getting near the end of the tensioning bolt. I received an almost immediate answer, offering me to have the leather top changed, free of charge. I therefore sent my saddle to England and I got it back less than ten days later, with its brand new leather top, looking great. I wanted to pay tribute to the quality of Brooks' Customer Service and to the kindness of the person who dealed with my request. Such quality service is getting really rare nowadays. Congratulations and thank you Brooks!
